Reviewing Withdrawal Requests:

1. Navigate to the Withdrawal section
   • Pending
     • Here you would find all the pending request that would require confirmation.
2. View all pending requests for withdrawal.
3. Each row on the report shows withdrawal request and shows detailed information, including:
   • Player details
     • Clicking on the player username would navigate to the player details page
   • Requested amount
   • Payment method
   • Balances
   • Timestamps
   • And available actions
     • Confirm
     • Reject
     • View More Details

Confirming Withdrawals:

1. Confirm that the withdrawal complies with platform policies (e.g., KYC, AML checks).
2. Select Approve Withdrawal to process the request.
   • The fund of the request would be sent to the players selected method.
     • Crypto payments would action immediately. Please be sure to have enough balance on the master wallets for each cryptocurrency.
     • If not the transaction would not be completed and the funds would be returned back to the player, informing the player to retry.
3. Select Reject Withdrawal to reject the withdraw request
   • This would return the funds to the player account and the player would see a notification that the withdrawal request has been rejected by the system.
4. Select more details to show more information about the request.
